I filled this survey out once before. At that time, I gave extensive and fairly detailed praise to both the service performed and the two Zerorez technicians (including "Ty") who performed the work. I clicked on "submit" and it presumably was sent to you. While I'm very happy with the job Zerorez did, I'm not inclined to repeatedly fill out this survey if your system isn't receiving it. Suffice it to say that the two gentlemen were efficient, knowledgeable, hard-working and gracious. Given the fact that our house is 15 years old, the various cleaning tasks were mostly successful and we're pleased. I hope this is the last time I'm asked to redo this survey.

Professional service men who do a thorough job and take great care of my house. The carpets look amazing and the upholstered furniture looks like new.

I do ask however, that there be less "selling" once I have hired you. I know what I need done and do not want to be sold a bunch of extra services. I have been a loyal customer for three or four years now. Let's stop the salesmanship. I do not blame the service technicians as I'm sure this is what they are told to do. I'm pretty sure Zerorez has plenty of business.
