Appointment confirmation call a few days before service.Notified when technician would arrive. Punctual, energetic technician who was customer service oriented and a good communicator. Results were as good as I expected.

The carpets never looked better They are very old carpets an I have 5 dogs. Need I say any more. They came out great and soft and cleaner than I thought.
I've used Stanley Steamer and I've never gotten this result. In a day the stains came up to the surface.
