Customer service

Carpets look great. Excellent service and knowledgable and friendless service person. This is our second time using your company. Learned about z Rez through WSB radio. Have recommended you several times.

Natural, won't get residue

I like chemical free cleaning because I have a small dog.

Very friendly and the job was done in a timely manner. The results were great!

Pricing and lack of chemical use

Great product excellent service and friendly techs. Will use Zerorez again as well as recommend their service to others.

Carpets were very well done.

I have 2 small dogs who are pad trained. They regularly puke somewhere in the house, and my little boy seems to think that 2 feet on the pad are enough--and then pees on the carpet. My associate, Jared Cheek, pre-treated all the stains and then did the normal thorough cleaning. This took over an hour, as opposed to the usual 20 minutes provided by some other cleaners. He finally put an additional treatment in the area of the pee pads. I didn't have much expectation for the removal of the stains around the pads, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The stains were almost gone. Jared was a very friendly and respectful young man, and I enjoyed our conversation. Jared arrived well within my appointment window. While the services I requested were somewhat expensive, I think I got what I paid for and I am very pleased.

No residue left. No soap.

Service was great

First, I like the technician, Kerry Jett. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having him clean the carpets. He is so courteous and very respectful of my home. He does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet; he is efficient and is in and out in no time at all. I like the products because most spots are cleaned to my satisfaction.

Our technician was pilot, professional and just performed an all-around great job in our home.

The serviceman, Randy, was prompt, courteous, friendly and very efficient! He went to work immediately pretreating several bad stains which almost instantly disappeared! He was very conscientious about completing everything we had contracted him to do and in my opinion went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. And our bill was exactly what was quoted - to the penny! We are thrilled with the way our carpets look, feel and smell. Thank you, Zerorez, for living up to your advertised promises!

No residue carpet cleaning

Price competitive. Good result. Pleasant and capable technician.

I loved the service I received. The technician: Lawrence Byrd was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable as well as helpful. I was surprised at how well the carpet in one room, which had bad pet stains, came out. The stains do not show at all and the awful odor is completely gone!Everything looked great after he completed cleaning the upstairs and stair carpets! I will defiantly use Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning appointment.
