This is a follow-up to a review I posted several weeks ago regarding the overwhelming smell from the pet odor deodorizer. Within 1 hour after I posted the review a customer service rep phoned me and arranged for a technician to come out to apply a neutralizer to inactivate the smell of the deodorizer. The technician came out and the neutralizer decreased the smell a bit but the smell remains. I guess it will go away with time. I would use zero rez in the future for carpet cleaning but not for the pet smell. I was impressed with their customer service.

The technician Damien was wonderful. He took his time to explain what he was going to do. Spot clean the carpet without rushing through it. My carpet can out beautiful. Before Damien could finish cleaning my carpet. I was calling my friends telling them to get there done by Zerorez.
