When I called to schedule the appointment the person on the phone was very nice and explained what each service I was interested in was going to cost. No run around or double talk! The service technician was able to move the appointment up and called to see if it was possible for him to come early. He showed up right when he said he was going too! He was very nice & looked very professional! He explained everything to me before he started, answered all my questions, and accomididated some extra requests. When I was given the bill, the prices were exactly what I was quoted! But best of all are the way my sofas and carpets turned out!! Absolutely beautiful!! They are 8 yrs old and look like new!! Great customer service! In my case there was someone available to move the couch for me, and the fact that your servicemen are not allowed to help to move simple things like couches or chairs isn't good for business

Omar did a great job cleaning our carpet. He was able to get out some pet urine spots that we were concerned about. We have used Zerorez for years and find the service and quality of work to be excellent.
