First, I like the technician, Kerry Jett. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having him clean the carpets. He is so courteous and very respectful of my home. He does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet; he is efficient and is in and out in no time at all. I like the products because most spots are cleaned to my satisfaction.

The serviceman, Randy, was prompt, courteous, friendly and very efficient! He went to work immediately pretreating several bad stains which almost instantly disappeared! He was very conscientious about completing everything we had contracted him to do and in my opinion went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. I loved the service I received. The technician: Lawrence Byrd was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable as well as helpful. I was surprised at how well the carpet in one room, which had bad pet stains, came out. The stains do not show at all and the awful odor is completely gone!Everything looked great after he completed cleaning the upstairs and stair carpets! I will defiantly use Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning appointment.

I made my original appointment on line but later had to reschedule. Everyone I spoke to was very personable and helpful! The technician was there when he said he would be and did a great job!! He was very curtious and friendly. And it took less than an hour to do 3 rooms, a hallway and stairs!!
