Service - appointments are easy to make and usually available when I need them (sometimes within 24 hours). Technicians are, for the most part, timely, considerate, and respectful of home and contents, regardless of the condition.
Dryer than other carpet cleaning services and no funny scent
The service was so good. They really went out of the way to get me scheduled and came back to retouch some areas i was concerned with.
Cleans nicely, no smell, and dries quicker than other companies. Doesn't feel tacky.
I am impressed at how clean the carpets look afterwards and how they were able to get out or lighten stains. It took a little longer than expected to completely dry, but that's not really a big deal. I also like how I was able to get someone out to clean our carpets within days of scheduling and how I received a phone call about 20-30 minutes before the workers arrived.
