Expected a better result from your dry cleaning process. Several stains were not remove by the technician but I was able to remove them with 'Zip-It'

You did what you said you were going to do. Your technician arrived on time; did his work in a very professional manner; made sure that we were satisfied with the results in each room as he finished; and, left us with a bottle of spot remover, which we had not expected. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

It delivered what it promised. My carpet is clean and almost spotless but some of those stains were red but a now very light Pink and bearely visible. Very satisfied
carpets turned out very nice , no soapy residue, and fast drying.
My expectations were low due to age and condition of carpet. The technician was polite and indicated what would or would not like come out and why. The carpets came out beautifully. Merry Christmas to me!!

They came early and explained what they were going to do but I didn't understand I needed to purchase the u b part then or have all vents done again before it could be installed.
