It simply works! And that is the only thing that matters when you have pets. It gets the stains out and it get the hair up. The techs are nice and love working for this company. Everytime they have been out to my home I have had a different tech and each went out of their way to dona great job.

We have 5 dogs, and often have friends over with their dogs, and I puppy sit, and work with rescue. So, our carpet always has a dog rolling around or running on it, and we have had a few accidents. I thought the carpet was fairly clean as its a new home and less than 2 years old. I was shocked when Mike P. finished up! I had had Zerorez before, in a home we rented. After moving out, we had them clean the entire house, and we got not only our security deposit back, but our pet deposit. I am more than pleased with this company! And would...and have recommend them to everyone, especially if you have pets!
