I first would like to give credit to one of your technicians who came to my home. I must admit that I was a little frustrated about the late arrival, however, I received a phone asking if it would be ok for your technician to still come along with a warning it would be late and I responded yes.

Sean S. came to my home and was very professional and thorough in his job. Even though he came really late and I was concerned he would not do a good job, he proved me wrong and did an excellent job. He explained to me that certain stains might not come out of the carpet and explained other questions I had asked as well. He was very polite and apologized multiple times for arriving so late and that was not normal for the company. I am a very harsh critic when it comes to customer service and your technician exceeded all of my expectations. Because of him I will definitely use your services again. My carpet looks phenomenal and you have great people working for you as well.

I like that fact that there's no chemicals used during/residue left after the cleaning process. Also, this technician - Nelson Caro - was excellent. Very thorough. He was able to remove spots that the previous technician did not.
