I was very satisfied with serious spot removal on an earlier visit. The most recent visit, the spot removal was less successful. HOwever, I still like the short drying time and will try you again in the future.

I will recommend zerorez to any of my friends even if I have to call you back out to redo water stains, that I know can take a time or two. This was my third Zerorez experience. Techs have always been courteous, competent, efficient. We particularly like the "no residue" feature of your service and no strong chemical odor. Suggest you always provide show covers like you have in the past. I had to walk on my shampooed carpet in my socks on a very cold day. May need to do a repeat on one area in living room. Thank you.
