My carpet is almost 9 years old and I have had it cleaned 3 times with another process. The results were fair at best and carpets seemed to resell very quickly.

It really lives up to the advertised effect!!! VERY old carpet looks and smells great as if
no pet accident had occurred. Have had truck-mounted steam cleaning for 40 years, some
companies better than others but none as professional and thorough as Zerorez (and this
includes two of the other top-rated companies). Please do improve your phone system,
however, on hold too long and when finally called back, operator was quite rude. The technician who did the cleaning, Randy Joseph, is a delightful young professional who
knows what he's doing and took pride in a job very well done. I'll ask for him next time!

Damien was very professional as he introduced himself at the door and explained what his work process would entail. He was very neat and tidy all thru the carpet cleaning work. He worked quickly and tirelessly for several hours doing several rooms, hallway, steps, and upholstered chair which he shows me the "white towel" test and I was amazed. He did a great job cleaning everything and that made me so happy to see the coffee spots gone! I will definitely tell all my family, friends and coworkers about Zereorez :)
