I thought it cleaned very good without the chemicals. Also, the technician was very friendly and he didn't hounded me to add more to the cleaning services like others (Stanley Cleaners)have. I like paying what they quoted me for.
Outstanding service techs - prompt - courteous, and very professional. Work was done efficiently and well. I was very satisfied. Thank you.
Good work
I must say the young man Austin was very respectable. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
Very clean soft carpets- no perfume odor. No sticky residue.
The service from Jarvis was great. He was professional and informative about the products that he used.
My beautiful collie dog became ill and messed up 3 carpetted rooms, one of which was white carpet.I should have listened to my Mother. Don't get white carpet! I was resolved that my carpet was destroyed and would need to be replaced. My husband called Zerorez and scheduled an appointment. Cody pretreated two of the rooms to remove biologics and did a thorough job. My whole family is shocked how great the carpets looked and just amazed the white carpet looks fantastic! Cody was professional and punctual. We will spread the word and let everyone know what a fantastic job that was done and how great the carpets look, especially the white one.
Professional people and a good job done. Carpets look great!

Courteous techs, clean carpets
The technicians were SUPER nice, did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, very prompt and they worked very hard to get our very dirty carpet clean!!
My specialist was very helpful and wanted to find a price point that worked best for me and my budget. He was able to get up ALL of the pet stains that I had and my carpet looks amazing!
The one drawback to the service was that our carpets were wet for over 12 hours and took a lot of time to dry.
The online reservation request was simple and easy to use. Online pricing was accurate and was the same as my actual bill. Most important to me was the fact that the technician was right on time, very friendly and informative, and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction. Job well done.
