Technician was polite and very careful. He did a thorough carpet cleaning. I like that no chemicals were used. I think charges are a little high though he worked with me a little on pricing.

The reason for not giving a 10 rating is the fact that the steps are still wet and I am watching it to see if I am going to have any problem such as mildew. I will call your company if it does not dry out by Thursday.

There was no odor from pet stains once the carpet was wet.

I had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rez for the first time. The technician came within the promised window of time, and I was called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. the project didn't take long and my carpets looked great afterward. After they dried, the lower room carpet still showed what I was afraid would be a permanent stain. I called and asked for a re-clean on that area, and an appointment was made for the next day. The second go-over did the trick and the dirty area was totally gone. Very pleased!

Nelson was prompt and polite even though I made him wait because I was late getting back to the house. He communicated well and set appropriate expectations. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was also very professional. I have five kids, so I'm sure I'll be using zerorez again soon.
