In a word...EVERYTHING.
Given the age and stain level of our carpets, with two young dogs who had a difficult 'puppy training' process, I was not optimistic about the outcome. We were already talking about this cleaning being a temporary measure until we had to replace the carpet, but we are amazed that they now look newly installed.
Your technician, Omar Brown, is truly an asset to your company. He arrived on time, after we received a call saying he was on the way. We did a walk through and he explained what he would do & what we could expect, then he got to work. He was friendly, professional, clear and concise about the process, and didn't slow down until he had done six room, a hallway & a bath. When he finished, he removed his equipment and we did another walkthrough, and I can only say once more that we were amazed.

Kerry was very professional. He did not waste time, did a fantastic job and did not mind us "peeping" in as he was working. The carpet looked buckled in many places when we checked on it after he left as it was drying. When I called, the operator told me that that sometimes happens with certain types of carpeting and to give it 24 hours to dry well and call back if it still looked the same. Sure enough, when we looked the next morning the carpeting looked great and we are still amazed at how clean it looks.

No wet carpet when job is done.
Y'all did a great job on my old carpets. I don't particularly like the way my house smells (still a day later) though. I was not aware of any scent application/choices and I am not a big scent person so I am waiting for that to wear off. Will definitely use you again though.
