Our carpet seems like it's been restored to new. I'm very happy with the results. At first I didn't think it got all of the urine smell, but I haven't noticed it at all in the past day or two. The young man that came was very professional and personable, just a very respectful person, so easy to feel comfortable with. He did an outstanding job.
I like the clean process that is used and the polite professionalism of the technicians.
