My dog had continuous urinary infections followed by bladder stones which had to be removed. As a result, I had an extremely strong urine smell all over my house and Tilon was diligent in locating all the areas that needed to be treated with their solution to remove the smell. When he was through with the areas I wanted cleaned, including the sofa, he found there was still a faint smell of urine. He discovered that the area rug in my living room where he had cleaned the sofa was also soiled. He took this in with him to be cleaned.

Tilon was polite, pleasant and extremely thorough. The odor is gone from my home and I am very pleased. This was the third time Zerorez had cleaned my carpet since it was installed.
