I especially like that your cleaning procedure does not use soap and was eager to give it a try. And, the price was right. I had not had my carpets professionally cleaned in 10 years, and wasn't really sure they would be able to clean them. Well, they cleaned up beautifully and look like new! I was so pleased. Carlos, the young man who cleaned my carpets, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I first heard about Zerorez on The Fish radio station. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Having tried several other professional companies and even many different cleaning solutions on my hands and knees, I had given up hope of ever being able to get out the terrible pet stains from my beautiful oriental rug under my grand piano. I was preparing to trash the beloved rug when I hired Zerorez to clean my capets. The very able technician who was thorough in cleaning my stairs and bedrooms told me that his company could do the same job on the damaged rug. Being impressed with his work, I decided to give one more try and it was like MAGIC. When the rug was delivered from Zerorez the huge horrendous stain was almost invisible. I had to search to find even the slightest hint of an outline of the old set-in stain, which disappeared in the soft light under my piano! Zerorez now takes care of my whole house. Their staff is exceptional. I will never need anyone else to help me stay fresh, neat and clean. THANK YOU Zerorez for saving me time and money, and doing it so very punctually and cheerfully.
