as far as products go, not having strong chemicals was key for my family and I, as far as service Jonathan did a tremendous job, we thought we would have to replace the carpet but after it was cleaned the carpet looked great.

I absolutely loved the service we had on our couch. The tech also did a walkway in my bedroom. Both were treated for dog urine and all of it came out. He also treated the fibers on the couch and advised about spraying Scotch Guard to protect the carpet in my bedroom and in the rest of the house. Also he advised me a time line on how often the carpets should be treated and also what other services you provide. At the present time we are not ready for any other services but he was able to give me approximate estimates on all the questions I had for him. I would recommend this tech to everyone. He was able to calm my dogs down and was not shying away from them so they didn't get bothered by him.
