The cleaning process was very thorough and all stains and any and all odors were
removed. The process was quick and the drying time was just 2 to 3 hours. The service
provided by your technician, Steve J., was professionally provided and he was very
good at explaining everything before the cleaning process and it was great that he had
me do a walk-through to make sure I was pleased with the cleaning job. I actually was
pleasantly surprise that two of the stains came out totally and the carpet smelled light
