My carpet feels Great! Its smells really fresh too. I can tell that there was no detergents or chemicals use to clean the carpet because of softness in the carpet and there has been no new dirt accumulating at a rapid pace. The customer service was excellent Jarvis and Miles were very professional and knowledgeable. Zerorez team put me at ease through the whole process. They were thoroughly and communicated very well. The technichian Miles was thorough, professional and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and I will be a long time customers of there's.
