Client Testimonials
Professionalism and courteous
The technicians have been very polite and respectful of my house and furnishings. They do
a thorough job and do not leave until they have completed everything to the homeowner's
satisfaction.
We were very pleased that no chemicals were used and the process was very quick. Our technician, Brandon, was very professional and answered all of our questions.
I love the fact that your process is natural and your follow up on my initial appointment was great.
Outstanding service and quality work
Amazing products and services. We really liked the senior tech Antwan, he was very professional and took time explaining the air duct system and highly recommended the purifying system add on. We will recommend zerorez and Antwan to everyone we know!

I like the safety of your cleaning process and the truck mount equipment.
Roberto was very professional and thorough!! He did an EXCELLENT
job cleaning my carpet in my home!!
A very good process that cleans well and is dry very soon after. Also excellent application technicians.
The rugs look amazing!! Our living and front room rugs are white, or should I say they are now white again after being cleaned by Zerorez. They are the cleanest they have ever been ....and we have a dog and 4 cats, plus a variety of young people that use and abuse the rugs. I can't say enough good about how clean the rugs are and how pleasant the technician was that cleaned then.. From now on it's Zerorez for us!!
Fast, efficient, and outstanding customer service!

Efficient and no chemicals. Our rep, Ty, who cleaned carpets was wonderful. Nice, polite, young man.
From the quick turn around to the professionalism of the service it was great. The only part it was off was actual arrival time (over 1 hour past the scheduled window) but overall it was worth the wait.
