I been using Zerorez for several years now and have always received prompt and professional service. This visit however, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. The technician took care to ensure my carpet was spotless. I really appreciate his attention to detail.
We wanted our carpets to feel clean because they had not been deep cleaned since we moved in and we have a baby on the way. Zerorez exceeded our expectations! They removed stains and our carpets smelled so fresh, it was delightful.
This was my third time using Zerorez. I actually feel like my carpets have been cleaned. I never felt that way with other services.mthat is why I am a repeat customer and also why I tell others about your company. I do think however that you should offer a discount to repeat customers by not charging them a trip fee.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean our carpets looked after they were cleaned. We had some pretty bad stains and I didn't have very high expectations, but they looked great!

David was very professional and friendly. Took care of issues that I showed him and also confirmed work done correctly and to my satisfaction.
The products cleaned well, but we also had an exceptional representative that explained everything and took his time to do a good job. I don't have his card in front of me now, but I would request the same rep. Great customer service goes a long way with us.
