The technician was on time, looked the carpet over and ask several question about what a lot of the spots were. He explained the problems of treating/cleaning the carpet with pet stains and the need to treat the carpet first. He worked very methodically and fast. He spoke clearly and was very pleasant. I would even recommend to others that if they use your company to ask for him to be the serves technician to comes.

Completely cleaned carpet even places that I did not think would clean. I was hoping to get dryed mildew clean out of the carpet though which was not allowed, which I understand. I need suggestions of ways to manage the mildew though because if I cannot get it professionally cleaned I need to know what other options I have.
