Cole, the person that cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived when promised, explained the work to be done, and executed the job in a professional manner. Upon completion he walked me through the areas cleaned for my approval. He showed me the dirt that was removed in the water on the truck (very interesting to see). The stairs were a little more wet than I thought they would be, but a fan helped dry them more quickly. I'm glad to have my carpeting cleaned for the holidays.
I have very light carpet in my home, and I should have them cleaned more often. But I was thankful when the technician was finished, they looked 100% better
