I could not be more pleased with Zerorez. I just used them for the second time in 2 years and each time the job was perfectly done. My white carpets are so fresh and clean. They were courteous, quick, and helpful.

I really liked my technician Eric. He was very nice and he got drenched in the rain bringing the hoses into my house. My rugs look great but I think the charges are reasonable.

What I don't like is having to move the furniture. I did not get all the rugs in my house done because moving everything in prep to getting my rugs done was hard work just for three rooms. Could handle doing the others too.

The gentleman was nice, knowledgeable, professional in appearance and demeanor, and did a fantastic job. The fact that nobody calls ahead of the appointment to verify that it was still happening is a little strange but I liked how they called and have a 15-20 minute arrival heads up call. In all, it was a perfect experience.

really polite and through. They explain each step they use and why.

David, the technician, was very thorough explaining the service (cleaning and sealing the tile), price, then completing the service. I'm a real perfectionist, and David exceeded my expectations!

The technician was on time, polite, and was in and out in a short time. When he finished the carpet was just damp (not soaking wet) and clean.

The technician was there at the beginning of the three hour window. He did a beautiful job on the carpet in record time, and was very neat. No water on my wood floor entry hall. There was no pressure for additional services, and the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. It was nice to deal with a company that does a job well at a fair price. I'd use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
