I'm highly impressed. First customer service was excellent. Then David, the technician was thorough with what he did. What bothered me was the fact that he didn't attempt to clean under any of the furniture that one does not normally move around. I'm referring to small living room chairs coffee table foot stools etc. Yes, I would use your service again, because my carpet looks like new again. I feel I can tell more after a month or more to be able to give a fair judgement. I'm hopping that the carpet will not show dirt or stain like it so often does after cleaning.

I had awful pet stains that I tired tirelessly to get out but never good and zerorez got them out with ease.

Rocio and her assistant were professional and friendly. I like the fact that the process is non toxic and left my floors feeling great.

The technicians cleaning the ducts arrived within the time agreed to. I couldn't tell what was coming from my vents but from the feedback during the time they spent, I was pleased with the service provided. They protected my home with brackets and shoe covers as I believe is part of the company policy/ protocol and basic consideration for customers.
