great. The only thing I was dissapointed about was the edges of the carpet on the stairs. I had hoped they would look cleaner. They still look gray.

Technician, Mike, very professional. Took the time to listen to our needs and explain the products matching us with the best products that would meet our needs - our carpets are very old. Our technician was AWESOME! Shawn was very helpful in understanding the process and the options available. I changed our order around a bit after his arrival and he was most helpful and accommodating. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 14 years (since we moved into a brand new home)and they look LOVELY now - not perfect but MUCH better!

Very professional, like the method and way that you clean. The only negative we saw was as the carpet dried, we could see a difference at the edge of the baseboards---so would be great to have had attention to that area as well.
