The technician, Javaris Johnson, was very professional and and easy to work with . I had him make a return visit to work on a few problem area. Our carpet, being 17 years old, has seen a lot of wear and tear. It was easy scheduling the return appointment. Jarvaris came back and cleaned the areas again and they look better - not perfect, but like I said, the carpets are old. I was pleased with the service and outcome.

Zerorez has cleaned my rugs better than all other rugcleaning services I have tried in the 37 years in my home. They are prompt, courteous, assess the areas, spotclean and remove difficult stains well. I wait for their specials, which they offer several times per year on Atlanta radio stations which I listen to regularly.
