much more satisfied this time then in feb of this year.
Especially appreciated the ease of setting a convenient time to have our office carpet & tile cleaned. The technician
arrived exactly on time, was very personable and courteous to our staff. He quickly assessed everything that needed to be done and finished the job more quickly than we expected. The carpet that was a disaster now looks almost new & smells nice and fresh. Will definitely call Zerorez again BEFORE we let the carpet get to that disaster stage again.

I could do without all the "up-selling".
Your technician who came out was very friendly and seemed driven with his life. Full of passion. He's definitely someone I could see in a leadership role. I mean, he got his nose down to sniff these gross carpets. He made sure I was satisfied and was very good at upwelling your products. I never thought the man I hired to clean my carpet would be as intelligent and social as he was. He was a delight to talk to as he taught me about my carpet, your products, and how everything works. Thank you.
Carpets look new after being cleaned. Dirt isn't attracted to the carpet after like with other carpet cleaners.
