Kerry of Zerorez cleaned my carpet on Tuesday of this week. All the areas (3 room and a foyer) were well cleaned. I was so happy that all the spots dissapeared. Technician Jessica very thorough professional even though her van/ equipment did not work initially. After a delay and some phone calls, the process went well. I was disappointed that her van was not stocked with plastic cups that you can slip under furniture after cleaning. My husband went to his workshop and found 4 that we needed for a dresser. I pretty much emptied the rooms of furniture but someone not able to do so, would be disappointed that you clean only around furniture. Carpets look/smell clean. Hope it lasts. Contract wad for 4 rooms. I had 3 normal size rooms.. And only 2 Closets that measure 6ft x 12" hardly qualifying as the 4th room. Still a bargain , offered on WSB radio on a Saturday am.

Customer Service:) David was our technician. He went above and beyond in helping to have the carpets cleaned. Our condo is on the back side and is an upstairs unit. It was too far for the van/hose to reach. Brainstorming together he was willing to put the hose through the side window which enabled him to reach the carpet that needed cleaning. Most people would have just left and referred us to a portable carpet cleaning company. He went up and down the stairs multiple times and did a great job!
