The service given was very professional. The technician arrived on time and the job was done within a reasonable timeframe. The pricing was reasonable. I was a little disappointed that the cleaning of the sofa could not be done using the empowered water because of the color. I wish that I had known that before he arrived. For the most part. it worked well.
fast, no chemical smells to deal with, clean overall job, I was surprised how easy the stains were removed. For me personally I would have liked the carpet to be gone over just one more time for that extra clean. But I am satisfied good job.
