Client Testimonials
Really like the results and always enjoy working with Jason.
Our tech was very good. We had difficulties with our circuit breakers shutting off and he was patient until the problem was resolved. He was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.
Pricing was transparent. Appointment was efficient. I'm very pleased.
The fragrant smell that lingers after the cleaning. Knowing that there are no harsh chemicals in the cleaning progress is also a plus.. Customer service is excellent. A different technician came out to add some finishing touches to what one technician didn't complete to my satisfaction.
Steve did a FABULOUS job. I have severe allergies and Zerorez leaves no harsh chemical smell behind. They don't use chemicals. Our Carpets are old, but using Zerorez yearly adds years to their life. Thanks Steve, and Zerorez! See you next year. Mike & Name removed

Level of service
Best cleaning my carpets have ever had. Your personal, Ricardo, easily answered my questions and his work was extremely professional. Will definently use Zerorez again!
Technician did a great job! He cleaned out the dryer vent quickly and efficiently, left the dryer back in the spot where I wanted it, put better clamps on the vent tubing than were on when he got there, was friendly and polite. Job well done! Thanks!!
The thorough cleaning. Efficient.
The service booked an appt. quickly first of all. The technician was great and did an excellent job. The carpet looks so much better. I definitely would use this service again. Thank you
Timeliness of service appointment, no residue or soapy smell. Easy!
Good clean carpet and a super nice technician. He was very competent and really enjoyed his work.
Zerorez will always b my go to.
We appreciated the way our appointment was handled. The polite worker arrived on time and worked efficiently. He answered all of our questions. We waited the 4 hour time before we walked on the carpets and they look great. Thanks for being prompt.
Dan and First name removed were great. Knowledgeable and considerate, I asked a lot of questions and they were good about answering them. Ultimately they did good work, my vents are vastly improved and I'm very happy to have the whole house air cleaning system. My family is very sensitive to mold and I am grateful to finally provide a cleaner healthier environment for them.
I like the fact that no chemicals are used.
Great price, fantastic service and the best service techs around!

Friendly and knowledgeable service gentleman.
Drying time , professional staff and schedule.
The appointment scheduling was personable and efficient. Verification of appointment and time was helpful along with the call letting us know the technician was in route. James was personable and professional, answering questions with experience and candor helping with our expectations. No damage was done with the equipment or the process which we appreciated. My only concern once the carpet had dried and we were able to access the cleaned areas was that the edges near the baseboards were still dingy looking appearing not to have been reached by the cleaning solution wand/head especially in the hall. I will know to ask about that for future cleaning.
The process works and I am a repeat customer.
No chemicals and very clean carpet
Our carpets look very clean, they dry quickly. The technicians are always very nice and fast.
Very customer friendly and the products are great!
