Client Testimonials
The service reps did an excellent job! They were very polite and explained everything to me. I received a call telling me what time they would arrive. I gave a business card to a friend.
Their work is done right the first time around..I wasn't disappointed the way the process went.
The technician was excellent. He worked hard to remove some of the tough stains. Thank you for a great service
The results. The fact that no detergent is used to leave residue. I was surprised by how clean it gets without the need for detergent.

Technician was very professional in manner and appearance. Was willing to discuss other cleaning options and pricing such as an area rug we forgot to mention when booking the appointment.
Good service.
very clean technician on time , courteous, very thorough, and a pleasure to have in my home, thank you very much First name removed Last name removed
So far, we have had a positive experience with the carpets actually being cleaned. We are closely monitoring how long it lasts.
Aquarius was our technician during this service. (This was our third Zerorez treatment.). He showed up promptly, quietly did his job and then left us with sparkling clean carpets. I switched from Stanley Steamer to Zerorez a couple of years ago and have been very happy. The carpets, in my opinion, stay cleaner longer. I also feel as if the original color of the carpet comes back to life. We've lived in this home for more than 20 years and zerorez has helped me continue to maintain the original carpet without replacement.
Great technician Miles was informative and friendly. Very professional!

The man who came to our home, (Lee), was extremely professional, on time, very accommodating, and very pleasant. I liked the fact that our carpets dried faster than with your competition. He was careful to not damage any walls or other furnishings. I would give you an A, and the gentleman who cleaned our carpets an A+.
