How clean my rooms look every time

Good service. Good price. Good product.

I have used the carpet cleaning & duct cleaning. Both were positive experiences. The carpet looked like new! The duct cleaning was quick & efficient. With both jobs the techs were friendly & professional.

Thorough service provided.

It works really well on the carpet. I would definitely use zeroes again.

Crew came exactly when they said they would. Very thorough, professional and they left my house as clean as when they came (this was a duct cleaning job). Anyone needing
duct cleaning services should consider Zerorez

Trustworthy

Very professional. On time.

Prompt, received call ahead which was helpful. Christian explained everything, was polite and did a great job on our carpets.

Friendly service, professional, and effective!

I recently purchased a new home. I had already setup an appointment with Zerorez for duct cleaning services in my other home prior to buying the new home. I decided since the previous owners has cats/dogs to have the ducts cleaned at the new home. My lead tech, Dallas Foskey and his assistant Mark were very attentive and professional. Dallas pulled the A/C filters and checked the A/C coils. He sent me pictures and O'mygoodness they were coated in thick dirt/dust, unbelievable to the eye. Dallas and Mark worked to clean my A/C coil and the ducts. Money well spent for an excellent job. My new home smells great and I an confident of the air quality after Zerorez. I have told everyone I work with at Emory Healthcare. Thanks Zerorez.

The young man was great and very friendly.

Eric our Technican listened and our needs and our areas of concerns and took the time to work on those areas even to the point to hit those areas again in extra effort a second time before completin his service.
I highly recommend Zero rezoning and lookin forward to the next service and you can bet we will ask to have Eric (1.0) back to service us.
Thanks, Eric and Zerorez!

I was very pleased with the results. Thank you!

Our carpet is 13 yrs old and after Zerorez was done cleaning, it smelled great and looked amazing! Was very pleased with the professionalism by the tech and the completed job. Will call Zerorez again for our next carpet cleaning.

Great service.

Only complaint: We had scheduled to clean carpet AND operatorys laminate wood floors. Upon agreement with service provider, we decided that the laminate floors was best not to do (too much water on laminate surfaces)....and after the "guy" left, I realized that the price was not reduced because the laminate floors were not done.

Service professional was very courteous and professional. He brought trouble areas to our attention to check with us before treating and the final price was what was quoted!

The service is very good and the tech protects the wall corners from damage in the room being cleaned.

He was on time, professional and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied before he left.

Zerorez is very professional and they do a great job with their services:)

This was the first time using your company and I was very pleased with the results even though my carpeting is on bad shape. The technician was very informative and took his time to explain everything to me. I'm a senior citizen and I really appreciate Brian taking his time with me.

The promptness, friendliness, and excellent service. He made our carpets look like new, price was exactly matching the quote we received with the first phone call. I would highly recommend this company!!!
