I had my carpets cleaned in November I preparation to sell our house. No furniture was moved and no offer was made to even pay additional for that service. My bill was around $400. Once I moved my furniture out of the house a few weeks later, I had to have it cleaned again for around $200 but that was not all my rugs. . I’ve seen recently an add for Stanley and they brag that they move furniture. As much as I like your cleaning process I would be tempted to switch companies to get the furniture moved. Not sure if I just didn’t get offered a furniture moving service or if one doesn’t exist but I will be a driving factor in my next carpet cleaning.

The tech, Christopher, was very pleasant, helpful, and did a good job.
Beverly on the phone setting it up was also pleasant and helpful.
Thankfully there was no smell after the process.
While certain yellowing areas and dirt around the edges did not come out, which was explained, I feel my carpets are clean and sanitized.
It was a lot of work moving things and vacuuming that day, but I'm glad I had it done!

The technicians have all been friendly and competent.

I was somewhat surprised that the technician charged us for a small connecting
center point that measures 6' by 6'. Hardly qualifies as a hall, but he charged as such.

I am not complaining about this as He has guidelines to follow and explained this
amiably.

I was amused about the "Empowered Water," since he was low on water and tapped
onto ours to do the job.

Again, I repeat, our experiences have all been great, this cleaning was done well, and
your employee is to be congratulated on a job well done!

The guys did a great job and did a wonderful job of cleaning up behind themselves. The old owner left 5 old nasty filters in the attic and they insisted on taking them and disposing of them for me. Unbelievable customer service.
