My technician Santonio was prompt, courteous, and professional. He worked quickly and left my carpets beautifully clean. He explained what he was going to do before he got started and then got right to work. Afterwards, we made sure I was happy with the results. The hot water combined with the powerful vacuum in the van really gets all the dirt and grime out. I have used other carpet cleaning services, but Zerorez is the best.
