I liked that there wasn't a big upsell when the man gets here. I had already determined what I needed online and so there wasn't any question even though, on my request, I asked for the stairs to be added. He was on time and did his work well and made sure that I was pleased. The drying time was quick and my carpets looked like new. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely call again! Mike did a great job!

The service was awesome and I love the fact that our carpets dried much quicker. Our service tech was Brian and he was so helpful with moving a couple pieces of furniture for me. He did a very thorough job.

Brian Dudley did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. He took great care to make sure his equipment didn't mark up any of my walls, explained the process very well and called at least 30 mins in advance. I wasn't sure if the carpet could be saved but after he came out, we've got some more time before we have to replace it. This was my first experience with Zerorez but I don't think it will be the last thanks to Brian!
