great job and friendly service techs

Appointment was scheduled the next day after I called. Very responsive. Job was performed quickly and efficiently with no mess. Carpets were left almost dry with just a slightly damp feeling. They dried completely very quickly. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable.
The only negative is it appears they can’t get right up close to the baseboard with the equipment. Overall, a great job.

The fact that the products work is so important. The customer service is just outstanding.

Our Zerorez employee was very polite and thorough throughout the process. He was quick and friendly and we were very happy with our results. We did not have any major stains or spots, but just wanted to freshen up the carpets since we have 3 young children and they get very messy!
