Carpets look great. Dried soft. Montrellis was very professional and did the cleaning very quickly. He answered my questions and did a great job.

Only question I have is an online ad says technician will remove all vent covers to clean. Only the return vent covers were removed not the ac/heat vent covers??? Technician did blow air thru the vents. Wondering if this step was skipped for expedinance? Technicians were professional and on time.

Chris was very nice. He seemed to be experienced and knowledgeable about his job. I am very pleased with his work. He even took time to explain about my area rugs. They need cleaning also, but for the cost to clean them I could buy new ones. I told him about Ocho in Covington. They have rugs, drapery and upholstery material

I love that no shampoos or chemicals are used in the cleaning. I am a Norwex consultant and do not like the use of harmful chemicals in my home.

The carpets were dry in the time frame that Chris said they would be.

Every time we've been thrilled with stains that came OUT. Some don't, but we do have "older" carpets at this time.
