Very honest technicians. After the inspection, I decided the ducts didn't need to be cleaned. They were fine with it and just charged the inspection fee. Wow!! What an honest company!

Cameron did a great job! My carpets look and smell great. My only issue was with the three hour window for scheduling the appointment. I was trying to coordinate the timing around a grooming appointment I had for my two dogs. I realize that traffic and the area covered by the technicians would make an exact time impossible, but a shorter timeframe would have been helpful.

When They came b this week to do our ducts the young man, Dante (?) Brown was great. He actually told us they did not need cleaning and he put an antibacterial into the system. That saved us money and we appreciated his honestly. I have recommended your company to 2 people this week. Thank you.

Great and friendly service!

Professional workers, very polite and efficient. Work was great, only complaint is with the duct cleaning, when they blow air through vents it comes out of vents into room and they don't clean any of that. Like everywhere!!

Rug drop-off so I had to take it a few miles and was no big deal, discounted for dropping it off as well. When they finish cleaning the rug Zerorez will drop it off at my home, how's that for service. Excellent company and I've used them in the past as well.
