The service from Zi (spelling) was terrific. What a great carpet cleaning job he did! Also wanted to clean large area on back of sofa. He was honest enough to tell me he was pretty sure it wouldn't come out and asked if I'd like to skip that, as it was rather expensive. I took his advice, and I really appreciated that.
