The duct cleaning could not be done due to biological Growth issues. The manner in which these two young men handled this was appreciated. When the results are back I hope Angel and Jay will be the technicians and I know I can trust them.
My carpets "sparkle" .... Walter was detailed and took time to make sure I understood everything. I have had my carpets cleaned yearly and was happy with the results, but Walter's work and demeanor made this cleaning the best!

This last visit was a Re redo. I was not happy with the result of a couple of areas. Technician returned fews days later due to the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. There was no resolution to that 2nd visit. The 3rd visit was by a Senior Technician, Walter Davis III who quickly understood the issue, explained what steps would be made and beautifully resolved the issue. Walter made sure I was happy with the result before I left. The right technician clearly determines if the visit will be a bad, mediocre or great experience. This company truly stands by the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

He made the whole process pain free. We've had another company coming out the last 20 yrs and I always dreaded it. They made it into such a major deal, very complicated. I wish I'd changed companies 19 yrs ago.
Smells good and environmentally friendly
The technician did an awesome job with my carpet. He took extra care to make sure the carpet in my 89 years old mom's room dried fast to minimize her inconvenience. I would like this technician to return next time my carpet is cleaned.
