Your service tech was great.
We now have a beautiful, clean, "looks like new" carpet! I Don't know where you found Darius Brown, but you need to keep him and if you have a training program you would do well to put him in charge of it. He communicated with us to let us know when he would be arriving and kept the time. Darius presents himself and your company well. He explained what he was using, the process and how long we needed to stay off the carpet (which was something I forgot to ask when scheduling the appointment). We will be doing at least three more rooms come Autumn and Darius is the person we want. Please thank him again for us and we hope to see him in a few months!

I liked the ease in which I could schedule ZeroRez to come out with my house and how friendly the customer service rep was on the phone as wall as our service tech. He was very pleasant and nice to talk with. Our carpets were cleaned better than we had anticipated and the whole house smells incredible. I am only give 9/10 stars because one of our blinds was broken and rather than leave the broken piece for us to repair it disappeared. It was not broken prior to ZeroRez coming to our house.
