The representative was very polite, friendly and professional. He asked if there were areas that concerned and I showed him. He did an excellent job and my husband and I are pleased. It did not take him a long time which is important.

Ali and Maliek were amazing! They were on time, communicative, friendly, helpful, and did a great job on my carpets! We had lots of old stains, and they took the time to thoroughly address them, and paid extra attention to the high traffic areas. My kids were home from school for the long weekend and Ali kindly and patiently answered their questions and explained the what and whys of how they clean carpets.
