Rep who came to do the work was friendly, respectful, quick, and explained everything he was doing in detail. Answered all my questions and worked steadily on 3 bedrooms, den, living room/dining room combination. Quality and price

Mike did a great job! He came in, explained what he was going to do. Briefly talked about another service the company offered in which I could benefit, based on my carpet condition. He wore covers on his shoes and it did not take him long at all to clean the carpet. I am very pleased with the job and will use them again.
