Sean did a great job for us. After he finished he had us do a walk through to inspect his work. I noticed a stain and he immediately attacked it with spot remover to get rid of it Also, prior carpet cleaners seemed to leave the carpets feeling s bit stiff (I assume from their chemical cleaning residue). The Zerorez process left the carpet feeling soft under foot. I would definitely use them again.
