I loved my experience with Zerorez! I had the very best technician named Traile and he worked so hard! He was professional and kind and got really hard stains out of my carpet. I had to pay a little more for some things, but he was never pushy and just explained what needed to be done. He went out of his way for my puppy and helped move furniture that I was willing to leave just so he could get the room 100% clean! I love the feeling of my carpet- not sticky or full of residue. My house smells nice and I feel so good about my clean carpets!
