Tech was nice, friendly and did a great job

I liked your service. The technician was friendly and courteous. I don't like the emails and texts that ask me to "confirm" over and over. I'm not tied to my cell phone like some people are (or to my computer). So if I'm busy working elsewhere in house (don't always carry phone with me) or downstairs, I may not see your email for days or your text for hours. That doesn't mean I won't be here for my already "confirmed" appointment.

I’ve only used your service for area rug cleaning and have not opened the two rolled up cleaned rugs because I am moving them to another location. So I can’t comment on the cleaning. However, scheduling was easy and pick up and delivery was as promised, which I very much appreciated. Every person that I dealt with was knowledgeable and personable. In addition, communication by email and text was great. I plan to use Zerorez again to clean my wall to wall carpeting.

Carpet was stain very bad. The product he used clean my carpet so good, it looks new. He also deodorized the carpet and real pleased with that.

Your service tech, Darpel, was great! A huge stain on the carpet is gone now and I have tried everything I know of to get rid of that before now. Also, he was able to get rid of mildew on some furniture. I thought we might have to throw the furniture out.

Andre was a perfect gentleman, who shook our hands with a firm handshake (my husband says his Dad taught him well). He proceeded to look at the job we needed done, told us of the products he would be using and how long it would take. I must say that he did an excellent job with what he had to work with in our home. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the work he did.
