Client Testimonials
Tech was on time and did a Great Job! Jason was very professional and polite, would like to have him out again for our next cleaning job.
Very professional and thorough. Huge difference in my environment.
Doesn't take long, smells fantastic, cleans like new.
Great service
Very professional and friendly and excellent customer service!! The carpet looks brand new again. Highly recommend to everyone.
No residue or heavy chemicals.
The service was great
Results were better than expected. Your tech (Josh) was very professional knowledgeable and courteous. I would use your service again in the future.
P.S. I tried to complete your survey since I wanted to give Josh a "10" rating but my phone browser via your text would not let me access Next Door ( or whatever that app was).....
Arrived on time and did a good job
I like the fact that my carpet was cleaned thoroughly by technician. I have had my carpet cleaned before and too much water was put on carpet making it have an odor and several days to dry. Zerorez did not put too much water down while cleaning carpet.
My technician, Trell, was wonderful. Very nice, professional and thorough. The carpet looks great. I was disappointed that the company felt they could not clean my couch and chair with water so it was just sprayed with something and vacuumed. Not sure that did anything. But the carpet looks great.
You guys always do such a terrific job

Someone else doing the work.
Dries quickly, fair pricing, experienced techs, great customer services!
Great job!
the Carpet looks great!
The professional who came my my home was helpful , hard working and personable. I give him a 10 also !
The technician was courteous and thorough and efficient.
As far as Zerorez is concerned, the price to spot clean is entirely too costly.
When rooms have so little showing carpet space, there should be a lesser charge.
Smells good and the carpet didn't stay wet for very long. Carpets look good.
I LOVED my service representative. He did a wonderful job! All of my stains are gone!
Technician was great, carpets look great and they were dry in just under 3 hours which was unbelievable to me when because I’ve had other companies come and it took days to dry...I am a fan thanks Zerorez
