Professional workers, very polite and efficient. Work was great, only complaint is with the duct cleaning, when they blow air through vents it comes out of vents into room and they don't clean any of that. Like everywhere!!
Rug drop-off so I had to take it a few miles and was no big deal, discounted for dropping it off as well. When they finish cleaning the rug Zerorez will drop it off at my home, how's that for service. Excellent company and I've used them in the past as well.

I like how you don't use any chemicals to clean the carpet and you get it so clean.
We absolutely loved how the carpets smelled and looked after our service. Our carpet guy Javon was beyond respectful, professional, and very explanatory with every step of the process and recommendations.
Having two large dogs I like that the carpets don’t have the dog odor that typically comes out when carpets are cleaned with my home carpet cleaner. My carpets immediately smell fresh without the use of perfumes and toxic deodorizers.
Our Lead Technician, Travis Williamson, was professional and courteous. They were in and out quickly. And provided great before and after photos. Great job.
