I was so happy with the young man who came to clean the room, hallway and stairs. He was the best. He answered all my questions (as I told him I know the entire carpet was old but I just could not stand all the dirt spots all over). He was here about 1 hour 45 minutes. Even my husband was amazed with how he got every dirty stain off the carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorex!

Sean from Zerorez did a great job -- he was on time and when he had an equipment problem, he worked with us to accommodate our needs and came back to complete the job when it was convenient for us.

I started using zerorez several years ago. I felt after the first cleaning that my carpets were actually clean. Every technician had been good but A J Stewart who did our recent service was outstanding cordial and informative. I highly recommend both him and your company.

Our technician was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain everything thoroughly. We were confident about the charges and understood exactly what we were getting. The technician was very respectful of the property as well.

The gentleman who completed our service was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Just this morning I had muddy dog prints from last night's storm. I simply wet a white cloth and blotted the spots and they appear to be gone now. I'm grateful I invested in the carpet protections.

Thank you again for a job well done. We will be reaching out in the next couple of weeks to complete a service at my girlfriend's house a couple of miles from mine.
