Our technician was able to get out stains we never thought would leave. Fantastic work! Never thought I would be so excited about clean carpets!
The technician called to let us know that he was on his way. He asked up front questions and explained what he would be doing. He offered additional services. I recently painted all my walls and he put up guards so the hoses would not mark any of my walls. He completed the cleaning quickly and asked me if I was satisfied with the service. He walked me through the bill and was on his way. I will definitely use Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning!!!!
