They were careful with our newly painted walls, were hard-working, didn't cut corners, and asked me to inspect their work as they finished each level of the house. They were so professional in their manner and work. I felt inwardly relaxed and relieved within the first five minutes of meeting them, and felt assured that I didn't need to follow them from room to room. I highly recommend these technicians and the company they represent.

I had 2 area rugs cleaned. One of them was really soiled. I have a dog, need I say more? Anyway I was extremely happy with the results.

I had a terrific first time experience using Zerorez. I had a pet issue in one of the bedrooms and didn't buy the $90.00 enzyme treatment for the room. Now I wish I had as I have a sick relative en route and it still smells a bit. Would you suggest something I can do to get rid of that smell?

Service was great. My carpet is old but made it look really good.
Called to say they would be here in 10 minutes during the block of time they said they would arrive.
It took just over an hour to do 3 rooms and hall.
The gentleman was very nice.
He gave me a bottle of spot remover.
All in all it was a great job.

Simple, not time consuming, fast and very clean. Even wash some the stains off the carpet.

4th time using. Ivy was great. Went above and beyond to get the carpet clean.
